About us :
As a successful practicing architect and design consultant, I have over 20 years of experience working on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects. I have exceptional knowledge of the design process from the inception of an idea through to delivery of completed buildings.
Apart from being a designer, one of my core skills is in project management whereby control over programme and budget are the key drivers in determining the successful outcome of any given project.

Stage 1: Outline design
Includes, initial consultation, option studies, outline plans, 3d visuals.
Stage 2a: Scheme design
Includes, planning documentation.
Stage 2b: Scheme design
Includes, contactor pricing documents, building regulation application, material specification.
Stage 3: Construction
Includes site monitoring and project management.
Appointment can be for single or multiple stages
My involvement can be as flexible as required; tailored to suit individual customer needs.
A measured survey may be required from the outset or prior to commencement of Stage 2 design.
